Review requests

We store the website address, category, description, submission time, and any contact email you provide. These are private to the people operating Slop Alert. A separate verification and publication process determines what appears in a public review. Do not include credentials or sensitive personal information.

Extension waitlist

We store your email address, signup time, confirmation time, and consent to receive extension release and availability updates. You must confirm ownership of your address before it is eligible for updates. Signing up does not create an account or enroll you in unrelated marketing. We do not sell the waitlist.

Community applications

Join the Cause applications include the name or display name, contact email, role interests, experience, AI proficiency, and optional public profile links, availability, and conflicts you provide. We also store the submission time and your consent. This information is private to the people operating Slop Alert and is used only to assess participation and contact you about it. We do not publish or sell applications, connect to your accounts, or add applicants to the extension waitlist. An application does not grant moderator or reviewer access.

Share only what is relevant. Public profile links are optional, and a display name is welcome. Applications are kept while participation is being considered or coordinated; staff handle review and deletion. Do not include identity documents, credentials, or confidential work information.

Hosting and abuse prevention

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the submitted records. Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention; Cloudflare processes technical information for this purpose. We do not add advertising trackers or collect browsing history. Operational logs are configured not to include form contents.

Keeping information only as needed

Use the unsubscribe link in a waitlist email to stop updates, or request a removal link. Unsubscribed addresses are retained as a suppression record so we do not send further updates without renewed verified consent. Unconfirmed signups are removed after 30 days. Review requests are kept while they are being assessed and while needed to support the review record.
